Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P&L, revenue targets, margins, and pricing strategy
  • Lead national sales operations and funnel management (CRM/Salesforce)
  • Execute India GTM strategy and drive strategic accounts
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, legal, and customer support
  • Lead performance reviews, KPIs, talent development & DEI initiatives
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion
  • Ensure compliance, contract approvals, and governance
