Assistant General Manager

Role: Assistant General Manager (AGM)- Channel Sales

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate

  the sales team and channel partners to consistently achieve monthly and overall sales targets.

• Drive channel sales growth

  by building strong relationships, onboarding new agents, and expanding the partner network in line with business goals.

• Implement effective sales and promotional strategies

  , while closely tracking market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer expectations.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  through channel partners, educating clients on market trends, rental yields, and property appreciation.

• Negotiate and close agreements

  with channel partners, ensuring SLA compliance and demonstrating strong communication and people-management skills.

• Adapt to a dynamic work environment

  , including weekend commitments, and efficiently

  hire, train, coach, and retain

  high-performing team members.

Who Should Apply?

• Candidates with

  10–15 years of experience in real estate channel sales

  , specifically in the

  apartment or villa segment

• Individuals who have

  led a channel sales team of 5–8 members

• Professionals with hands-on experience using

  lead management systems or sales ERP tools

• Those who are

  willing to travel frequently

  and have the

  flexibility to work on weekends

Working Days: Wednesday-Monday (Tuesday week off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
