Job Title Head Compliance (Asst. General Manager )

Location/Site :

Department/ Division/ Unit Corporate Governance & Compliance Team Reports to: Department Leader

Experience 15+ years

PURPOSE OF JOB/FUNCTION

is looking for a Compliance person at its corporate office located at Noida, who can help to ensure that the company complies with all statutory, regulatory requirements in India. The incumbent will proactively manage compliance across all departments & location (including manufacturing operation) and build a strong a compliance culture aligned with Global best practice. Will be looking after the overall compliance of the entire Company. The incumbent will manage and coordinate compliance status of Sales subsidiary & Branches, Greater Noida Factory, Pune Factory, new proposed 3 rd Factory of Company & HQ compliance Management module.

JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will be required to carry out a range of functions and tasks & some of the key responsibilities include:

• Compliance Risk management Creating and developing compliance framework (including comprehensive compliance portal) for the entire company.

• Responsible for the compliance measurement , Monitoring , evaluation , reporting to top management & Board of Directors about compliance status & noncompliance & its implication to operation •

Educating & Training the compliance owner on regular basis and ensuring that the Compliance owner is capable to perform the compliance function across the company •

Provide proactively new compliance requirements due to Regulatory changes , law change , Government orders •

Act as Central point for all persons looking after compliance across the company. Coordinate with all departments like , HR , safety , operation , procurement, finance , Governance to ensure compliance alignment • Interact with Government departments / Regulators on compliance related matters and representing the company if required •

Audit & control of compliance done by various departments Desired

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be having dual qualification of Company Secretary & LLB.

• 15+ years of experience in a corporate having centralized compliance department preferably in publicly listed manufacturing company

• Excellent skill of understanding compliance risk to business

• Communication, and interpersonal skills must be of highest standards • Strong Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven leadership and management experience.

• Proactive , detail oriented & capable of working independently under pressure

• High ethical standards and integrity

• Very good in Excel & Power point presentation skill
