Assistant General Manager - IT

QUALIFICATION

• BE BTech in Computer Science or IT

  (mandatory)
• Masters degree in a relevant field (preferred)

• 15+ years

  in enterprise IT, with

  8+ years

  in leadership roles guiding platform strategy and digital transformation
• Proven expertise in

  migrating legacy applications

  and delivering large-scale IT transformations in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences)
• Strong exposure to

  enterprise platforms, workflow automation, and integration frameworks

• Hands-on experience with

  AI/ML, RPA, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, cloud-native solutions, and analytics

• Deep knowledge of

  compliance and data integrity

  (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ALCOA+)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Define and lead the

  enterprise platform strategy and roadmap

  aligned to business priorities
• Evaluate, pilot, and adopt emerging technologies (AI, RPA, LCNC, Analytics, Cloud) to deliver measurable business value
• Partner with business leaders to identify digital opportunities and co-create scalable enterprise solutions
• Establish

  governance, best practices, and compliance frameworks

  for platform adoption
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver programs within scope, time, and budget
• Ensure adherence to

  regulatory compliance

  across all relevant IT systems

• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across global matrix organizations
• Proven capability in managing diverse teams, vendors, and partners

• Strong stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions for senior leadership (CHRO, VP-level, CTO)
• Deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies
• Proven track record in technology enablement and digital transformation

• Industry:

  Manufacturing or related industrial sectors (preferred)
