Job Description

What you'll do

Drive 2 to 4 CTO priority programs end to end
Convert messy goals into clear plans: milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, tradeoffs
Run a tight operating cadence: weekly updates, risk tracking, decision logs, release readiness
Write decision memos that help leaders move fast with clarity
Research tools and approaches, synthesize signal fast, recommend a path with reasoning
Unblock teams through influence, not authority, and escalate with options, not problems
Keep the CTO s calendar from becoming the company s priority list

What success looks like in 90 days

CTO priorities are clear, owned, and tracked with predictable execution
Fewer stuck projects, fewer surprises close to release dates
Stakeholders trust the updates because they are crisp, honest, and action oriented
Decisions get closed faster and stay closed

Must Have

Strong technical foundation through education (Tech Education is a must) or work (0-2 years of exp max). You can reason about systems even if you do not code daily
Excellent communication. You can write a clean one pager that leads to a decision. Also can interact with leaders people across teams.
