Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, financial services, or broking, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, developing effective solutions and implementing best practices.
Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of banking, financial services, or broking industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience working with talent management systems and tools is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or qualifications are desirable.
