Job Responsibilities

Being responsible for Infollion s business growth through managing and growing our existing clients.

Project Management - Understand client requirements, scope of work, manage end-to-end execution

Read and actively search information that helps you understand your client s industry.

Tracks competitive and other information that will be of value to your teams and clients.

Manage and lead a whole team towards achieving success.

Build direct report s capabilities and provide performance management

Work closely with various departments and teams to enhance cross functional partnerships and processes

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in client servicing and management

Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and enterprising skills

Easily adaptable to changing and fast-paced environment
