Job Responsibilities-

Handle end-to-end US client servicing and project coordination.
Understand client requirements and match the right experts to each project.
Maintain seamless communication between clients and experts for timely project delivery.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Requirements-

1-4 years of experience in B2B client servicing, project management, or key account handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse clients and experts.
Comfortable in working in night shift (6 pm to 3 am)
