Assistant Business Development Manager

We are seeking a professional to support our business development and software implementation efforts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, presenting software solutions, and ensuring successful implementation in collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients to drive new business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate software products effectively to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct end-user training and provide daily support to enhance customer success.
• Assist in software implementation and post-implementation support.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed on regulatory compliance and industry standards in asset management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Candidates with experience in software like ERP, CRM, or similar tools will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of software implementation, support, and client training.
• Familiarity with physical asset management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
