Job Description

ØAchieve targets set for the areas under your operations.

ØIdentify suitable candidates for the post of BDOs, BDEs and Collection Representatives and refer them to the Management.

ØProvide adequate training for BDOs and BDEs.

ØMonitor the performance of BDOs and BDEs.

ØEnsure the call average by BDOs and BDEs on an average of 10 customers daily.

ØEvaluate their visits, efficiency, TA claims and professional performance.

ØEnsure timely submission of TA / DA claims by BDOs and BDEs.

ØSend confidential report on individual basis on every weekend to the DMM/ZSH North marking copy to Business Head and corporate general managers.

ØMonitor every 15 days business of the customer doctors and hospital’s list and professional complaints of the patients and doctors including remedial action taken to the improvement of the situation and your further suggestions for the consideration of the Management.

ØConvene daily meetings of BDO’s ,BDE’s and weekly meetings of Receptionists and Collection representatives with permission of DSRM/ZSH North and make sure that the dues of the customer hospitals are cleared within 7 days failing which recovery procedures will be administrated against you.

ØAll pending payments are to be reported to General Manager (Operations), General Manager(Finance & Accounts), General Manager (Administration) and respective DSRM/ZSH North marking copy to Business Head. If the total monthly dues are more than Rs.5000/- your salary will be withheld until the dues are fully recovered.

ØReport action to DMM/ZSH North/SM against CRs and other marketing staff on misconduct and financial irregularities and misappropriation of funds.

ØIdentify lapses, weaknesses threats and anti-organizational activities. Propose / implement strategies to rectify them within reasonable time and report such unfortunate incidents to Business Head and Corporate General Managers.

ØEvaluate proposals received from BDOs / BDEs and co-ordinate its implementation effectively in consultation with Business Head and Corporate General Managers.

ØIdentify and address the causes of complaints and grievances from customers & doctors and adopt corrective measures and report such complaints to Corporate Quality Manager, DMM/ZSH/SM immediately on receipt of such complaints with copy to Business Head and Corporate General Managers.

ØMonitor competitors’ strategies and adopt action plan and details of special investigations procured by BDO’s, BDE’s and CRs including total revenue acquired on every week to Business Head and Corporate General Managers.

ØPromote Special Investigations and create awareness.

ØMake sure recovery of pending dues from customers within the credit period provided in the contract with them. You have to execute the required agreements in consultation with General Manager (Operations) and DMM/ZSH/SM. All pending agreements should be completed.

ØMonitor free, discounts, incentives to Hospitals and Labs and report to the General Manager (Finance & Accounts) for decisions of such proposals.

ØConduct performance appraisals of CRs, BDOs & BDEs.

ØContrary to the conditions contained in this appointment letter will be treated as violation of the terms, and the Company reserves the right to proceed against you in a court of law for the recovery of such loss, damages and reputation of the company caused by you directly or indirectly.

ØYou have to follow the decency and decorum in dress code of the establishment and to be neat and tidy.

ØYou should strictly follow duty timing as assigned by concerned authorities.

ØYou are not to disclose or make public any matter relating to the company’s transactions, dealings or plans which are of confidential nature.

ØThe Staff should make their own arrangement to ensure their attendance during Harthal/Bandh/Strike. If not, it shall be considered LOP without leave.

ØYou are not allowed to call for any strike or agitate against the establishment and could not do any acts which are detrimental for the smooth functioning of the establishment

ØYou are not allowed to form any association or group of themselves or not to be any part or member of any trade union within the premises of this establishment.

ØDo not act against the interest and goodwill of the establishment

ØYou have to strictly abide all laws and regulations of the establishment and to honor the instructions issued from the management from time to time through concerned authorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
