Assistant Business Development Manager

As a part of the team, your role is to achieve targets set for the areas under your operations. This includes identifying suitable candidates for the positions of BDOs, BDEs, and Collection Representatives and referring them to the Management. You will be responsible for providing adequate training for BDOs and BDEs, monitoring their performance, and ensuring that they maintain a call average of 10 customers daily. Additionally, you will evaluate their visits, efficiency, TA claims, and professional performance. It is crucial to ensure the timely submission of TA / DA claims by BDOs and BDEs. Furthermore, you are required to send a confidential report on an individual basis every weekend to the DMM/ZSH North, marking a copy to the Business Head and corporate general managers. Monitoring the business of customer doctors and hospitals list every 15 days, along with addressing professional complaints of patients and doctors, including remedial action taken for improvement, and providing further suggestions for the consideration of the Management, are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: - Total work experience of 4 years preferred Additional Company Details: The job type is full-time with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund.
