Job Description

ØAchieve targets set for the areas under your operations. ØIdentify suitable candidates for the post of BDOs, BDEs and Collection Representatives and refer them to the Management. ØProvide adequate training for BDOs and BDEs. ØMonitor the performance of BDOs and BDEs. ØEnsure the call average by BDOs and BDEs on an average of 10 customers daily. ØEvaluate their visits, efficiency, TA claims and professional performance. ØEnsure timely submission of TA / DA claims by BDOs and BDEs. ØSend confidential report on individual basis on every weekend to the DMM/ZSH North marking copy to Business Head and corporate general managers. ØMonitor every 15 days business of the customer doctors and hospital’s list and professional complaints of the patients and doctors including remedial action taken to the improvement of the situation and your further suggestions for the consideration of the Management.
