The software covers construction, commissioning, operations, repairs, maintenance, insurance, decommissioning, movement, replacement, disposal, and recycling of physical assets. It maintains a comprehensive database for upkeep and periodical maintenance scheduling, aiding in regulatory compliance and cost estimation for future maintenance needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will oversee daily operational activities, manage teams, develop and implement operational strategies, and ensure the efficiency of asset management processes. Responsibilities also include budgeting, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining open communication channels across departments.

• Operations Management and Team Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
• Experience in the asset management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
