Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to identify and provide proper support for the end users on day to day activities of software like Fixed asset management, Customer feedback etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user training, Day to day support to enhance customer success.
  • Assist in software implementation and deliver product demonstrations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders including software vendors, Partners and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create proper user manuals and documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing accounts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, Competitive landscape and technological advancements related to software support.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on customer support and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to manage and resolve multiple customer queries efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Both experienced and freshers can also apply.
