Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to identify and provide proper support for the end users on day to day activities of software like Fixed asset management, Customer feedback etc.

Responsibilities:

Provide end user training, Day to day support to enhance customer success.
Assist in software implementation and deliver product demonstrations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders including software vendors, Partners and industry influencers.
Collaborate with the technical team to create proper user manuals and documentation.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing accounts.
Stay updated with industry trends, Competitive landscape and technological advancements related to software support.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on customer support and feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong ability to manage and resolve multiple customer queries efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
