Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Bartender to join our team at Elevate Restro Bar, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and mocktails to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the beverage cooler and storage units.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management techniques to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or related role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
