Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Bartender to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement new drink recipes and promotions to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of bartending techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
