Job Description

The Assistant Area Manager supports the Area Manager in overseeing the daily operations and performance of multiple locations or branches within a defined geographic area. This role helps ensure consistent execution of company standards, customer satisfaction, team performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and supervising operations across assigned locations.
Support in hiring, training, and mentoring site-level staff.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the Area Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
Help develop and implement local marketing strategies or initiatives to boost performance.
Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues as needed.
Coordinate inventory, supplies, and logistics to meet operational demands.
Assist with audits, inspections, and quality control efforts.
Step in for the Area Manager as needed during absences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role (multi-site experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Proficiency in basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems, scheduling tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
