Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly/yearly sales and dealer-wise targets.
Plan and execute trade and sales promotion activities (daily/weekly/monthly).
Drive market development in pro-trade and pro-retail segments.
Meet collection targets and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts.
Coordinate with project sales teams to boost project-based sales.
Develop and monitor dealer/retailer networks; implement dealer/retailer schemes.
Maintain and convert databases of dealers, contractors, applicators, carpenters, fabricators, masons, etc.
Support contractor development through technical training.
Expand territory by appointing and managing dealers/sub-dealers.
Manage dealer discounts and maintain uniform pricing.
Visit B & C class architects to target mid-size projects.
Participate in market activities, track KRAs, submit timely reports, and execute company strategies effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong sales & marketing background in building materials, with solid knowledge of Mangalore territory.
Proven ability to manage and grow key accountsarchitects, contractors, dealers, sub-dealers—and drive DA/secondary sales.
Fluent in the local language with strong regional understanding.
Excellent communication, networking, and persuasion skills.
Strong product knowledge with ability to read engineering drawings and apply project management/sustainability concepts for consultative selling.
