POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION This position requirement is to achieve the target set by the business by leading the THC team with creating the safe work environment. Internal training and Coordination for improvement of Productivity of the manpower. POSITION SUMMARY Managing production by leading the THC team and supporting them in achieving the target decided by the Business. Effective implementation of Production and productivity strategies Coordinating with different departments to ensure interrupted production. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Planning of Raw Materials Take production plan from PPC Take Finished Good Stocks from CSD Coordinate with purchase department Take RM stock in production stage. 2. Execution of the production plan Perform detailed machine wise planning Manpower allocation Ensure Day wise production plans coordinating with the supervisors Perform gap analysis in case there are any gaps against the plan Coordinate with CSD for dispatches 4. Monthly Reporting & Training • WIP report for THC • Stock evaluation • Training of supervisors and workman • Maintain the Production report daily and monthly 5. EHS / WCM • FLT standard implementation • Ensure targeted 5S score in the section is achieved • Ensure involvement/ engagement of employees in WCM & EHS activities • Champion any one pillar of WCM
