Key Roles:

  1. Sales Growth & Target Achievement

    • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Identify growth opportunities and ensure consistent market share improvement.
    • Monitor performance of distributors, dealers, and retailers across the assigned area.
  2. Channel Development & Management

    • Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers as per business strategy.
    • Ensure proper product availability and inventory management at channel points.
    • Build strong business relationships with trade partners through regular engagement and support.
  3. Market Expansion & Coverage

    • Expand the dealer network in untapped markets and increase product penetration.
    • Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities in key towns and markets.
    • Work on new product introductions and ensure effective placement and visibility.
  4. Customer Relationship & Service

    • Maintain regular interaction with key dealers, retailers, and influencers (carpenters, architects, contractors).
    • Address channel issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Organize trade meets, influencer programs, and loyalty activities to strengthen brand preference.
  5. Team Management (if applicable)

    • Guide, train, and motivate sales representatives / field executives under the area.
    • Review team performance and ensure adherence to company processes and reporting norms.
  6. Sales Operations & Reporting

    • Ensure accurate reporting of daily sales activities, market feedback, and competitor movements.
    • Manage credit control and ensure timely payment collections from distributors.
    • Monitor pricing, schemes, and dealer claims within company guidelines.
