Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Area Manager, located in Udaipur. The role involves overseeing daily operations within the assigned geographical area, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, implementing strategic plans, and meeting organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction will also be essential.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues
Knowledge of micro-irrigation technologies, agronomy, or agricultural industry trends
Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and meet project goals
Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Management, or a related field
Prior experience in agriculture, irrigation, or a related industry is an advantage
