Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) HR based in Solapur. The DGM HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role also includes ensuring compliance with legal HR standards, handling employee relations, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization. The candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure a positive work environment and effective HR practices.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Solapur
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
