Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell drip and sprinkler irrigation systems , pipes, and related products in the Bargarh and adjoining districts. Engage with farmers, dealers, distributors, and institutional clients (e.g. NGOs, govt. agencies). Conduct field visits , product demos, and agronomic guidance sessions . Develop and manage a network of dealers and retailers. Generate sales leads, achieve targets, and provide after-sales support. Candidate Profile: Education : B.E./B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, Civil, or related disciplines. B.Sc. (Agri) also considered. Experience : 1–4 years in irrigation/agri-inputs/sales preferred. Skills : Good communication, technical aptitude, knowledge of local farming practices. Language : Odia (local), Hindi, and basic English.
