You will be responsible for overseeing the human resources activities of the company as a Deputy General Manager (DGM) HR. Your role will involve developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. You will need to ensure compliance with labor laws, manage recruitment and retention strategies, and develop programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
