Job Description

Location: Delhi/Noida/Gurugram/Bangalore

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reporting To: State/Zonal Head

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute local sales plans in alignment with regional goals.
Monitor and improve daily productivity of the sales team.
Hospital Onboarding
Drive empanelment of hospitals and clinics within the area.
Establish strong working relationships with hospital stakeholders such as admins and finance teams.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives/BD Associates.
Motivate the team to achieve individual and area targets.
Distributor & Channel Partner Management
Identify and onboard new distributors or channel partners.
Monitor partner performance and ensure timely payouts and operations.
Market Expansion & Customer Engagement
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
Lead local promotional campaigns, hospital camps, and activations.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular updates on performance metrics to senior management.
Maintain accurate MIS and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
48 years of experience in field sales, preferably in telecom, insurance, FMCG, FMCD, banking, or healthcare sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
