Role Overview Sales Trainer We are looking for a seasoned Sales Trainer to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on field training experience, content development skills, and the ability to drive business impact through training. Key Responsibilities: Conduct both online and offline training sessions for the sales team Develop training content, presentations, info-graphics, one-pagers, and knowledge decks Manage OJT (On-the-Job Training) and handholding for new hires Perform TNI (Training Needs Identification) and ensure batch success Analyze data to improve training effectiveness Take initiatives to enhance training outcomes and drive revenue impact Preferred Candidate Profile: 6–15 years of relevant experience in sales training Strong field training exposure Excellent PPT and content creation skills Comfortable with frequent travel Proficient in English and Hindi Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills Why Join Us?
