Detailed Job Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Training Delivery & Methodology

  • Conduct technical training for dealership technicians across all automotive modules.
  • Demonstrate hands-on repair methods using manufacturer-prescribed special tools.
  • Tailor training sessions to suit various skill levels, ranging from beginners to experienced Technicians, Service Advisors, and Supervisors.
  • Facilitate handholding and onboarding for new joiners at dealership workshops.

2. Audit & Quality Assurance

  • Audit dealerships on workshop practices to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Identify skill gaps and operational deficiencies.
  • Develop and implement action plans to bridge identified gaps.

3. Operational Excellence & Efficiency

  • Enhance the learning sustenance of technical manpower to ensure long-term retention of knowledge.
  • Drive initiatives to increase overall efficiency at dealership workshops and service centers.
  • Review and analyze data points on Aftersales DMS (Dealer Management System).

4. Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure strict adherence to technical processes and governance protocols.
  • Manage comprehensive MIS reporting and analytics related to training performance and workshop outcomes.

  • Automotive Expertise:

    A passionate enthusiast with deep knowledge of automotive domain technologies.
  • Public Speaking:

    A natural flair for public speaking and the ability to engage a diverse technical audience.
  • Adaptability:

    Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different target groups (Technicians + Shopfloor personnel).
  • Tech Savvy:

    Comfortable utilizing modern software tools and training technologies.
  • Preferred:

    Prior experience in a technical training role is highly advantageous.
