As a Product Trainer at Aretto, your job is to make sure every retail team member understands our products and processes clearly. Youll lead training sessions for retail new joiners, create easy-to-follow training materials, and keep our teams updated whenever something changes. Your work will help everyone do their job betterbecause great products start with welltrained people.
Bachelor's degree
Clear and confident communication—comfortable leading both in-person and online sessions
Good at using tools like Google Slides, Sheets, Docs and PowerPoint to create and share training material
Well-organized, pays attention to details, and can manage training schedules and records on their own
Please provide examples/videos/training materials of prior work if experienced
Should be good in leadership management
If your hobbies and interests include travelling, then you are a perfect fit for this position
