Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, Supervising engineering and technical staff, obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings, "5S" Management, Kaizen implementation, Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Communication and interpersonal skills.

Core Area:

• Stamping Press/Roll forming Maintenance.
• Special Purpose Machine Maintenance.
• Zinc, CED, Nickle Cr. Maintenance documentation knowledge.
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic System maintenance.
• Utility Maintenance knowledge.
• Mechanical Drawing reading/ making.
• Create/Reading Hydraulic & Pneumatic schematics diagrams.
• Gear Box/ Pumping system knowledge.
• Record and identified safety related parameters
• Monitor and record daily manpower.
• Prepare a list of critical equipments and instruments in relation to EMS & GC and provide to Shift Incharge Maintenance.
• Record the Preventive and predictive maintenance plan and implementation of all the critical equipments related to QMS, EMS & GC
• Record all equipment TPM and PM activity daily and escalate if any deviation.
• Allocate daily job to team members as per the multi skill chart.
• Ensure all team member work with safety and use PPEs.
• Motivation and evaluation of employee.
• Monitor and improve the multi skilling of Team Member
• Keep all the records and report to Shift Incharge Maintenance.
• Do as per direction to maintenance planner to develop PM & TPM programs and develop tracking mechanism.
• Do as per follow maintenance matrix including key deliverables like Up-time, PM completion, maint. Cost, energy & utility cost, training needs of TM, safety performance targets, etc.
• Ensure of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 requirements related to maintenance.
• Ensure the all team member follow work discipline
