Job Description: RAR Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to oversee and optimize our CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC Turning, CNC Turn mill, CNC Turn mill Centre with Y-axis, and VMC Machines with Rotary Axis with Siemens Controller. The role requires expertise in programming, production planning, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: CNC Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations. Production Management: Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely completion of jobs. Efficiency Improvement: Continuously enhance machining efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve output. Quality Control: Monitor and inspect production quality to meet company standards. Shift In-Charge: Manage shift operations, coordinate with the team, and maintain smooth workflow. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements for better productivity and cost reduction. Machine Maintenance Coordination: Ensure machines are well-maintained and report any maintenance requirements.
