CNC Programmer

Job Description:

RAR Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to oversee and optimize our CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC Turning, CNC Turn mill, CNC Turn mill Centre with Y-axis, and VMC Machines with Rotary Axis with Siemens Controller. The role requires expertise in programming, production planning, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Production Management: Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Efficiency Improvement: Continuously enhance machining efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve output.
• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect production quality to meet company standards.
• Shift In-Charge: Manage shift operations, coordinate with the team, and maintain smooth workflow.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements for better productivity and cost reduction.
• Machine Maintenance Coordination: Ensure machines are well-maintained and report any maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming and production management.
• Proficiency in CNC Turning, CNC Turnmill, CNC Turnmill Centre with Y-axis, and VMC Machines with Rotary Axis.
• Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC software.
• Ability to optimize machining processes and improve production cycle times.
• Experience in quality control and inspection methods.
• Leadership skills to manage and coordinate the production team effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Adhartal, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
