This dual-focused role requires a creative individual who can expertly transform raw video footage into compelling visual stories while simultaneously managing and growing our presence across various social media platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand's online voice and visual identity through engaging video content and strategic social media engagement. Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality, and impactful videos for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, YouTube, internal communications). Collaborate with the [e.g., marketing, content, production] team to understand project requirements, creative vision, and target audience for video content. Manipulate and edit various video elements, including dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects, to achieve the desired narrative and aesthetic. Incorporate music, voiceovers, and sound design to enhance the overall production quality. Perform color correction and grading to achieve a consistent and visually appealing look. Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed. Manage and organize digital assets, project files, and maintain video libraries efficiently.
