Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer with 2+ years of experience in US-based HVAC/Plumbing projects, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing HVAC systems for various buildings, including heat load calculation, ventilation calculation, ductwork, and piping layout. - Designing plumbing systems (domestic, sanitary-vent, storm) for different types of buildings. - Coordinating HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection requirements with other disciplines. - Interacting with vendors/clients regarding equipment specifications and project schedules. - Preparing design basis reports, cost estimation reports, and comparing various MEP schemes. You are required to possess the following qualifications: - Ability to work independently with effective coordination and excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace HVAC load software, and Microsoft Office. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Knowledge and application of physical principles, laws, and their interrelationships in understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics. - Expertise in the evolution and design of HVAC/Plumbing systems. - Capability to handle multiple projects with aggressive delivery schedules.
