Job Description

You are a Junior to Mid-Level architect with at least 1 year of project experience in commercial, healthcare residential, hotel, restaurant, etc. Your responsibilities will include AutoCAD and REVIT drafting and designing, understanding building codes, meeting clients to determine their needs, managing design projects from concept to completion, adjusting designs to meet client needs, preparing drawings, blueprints, and construction documents, conducting research on feasibility and environmental impact. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, previous experience as an Architect is preferred, excellent technical drawing skills, strong communication and project management skills, knowledge of software programs like AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc., good interpersonal and presentation skills, and knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
