Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Alwar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a sales team in the designated area. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role also involves analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficient in team management, communication, and leadership to effectively guide and support a sales team.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Understanding of the FinTech, Travel, or allied services sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and use of CRM tools to track progress and performance.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, on-site working environment while demonstrating a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant work experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
