Job Description

Core responsibilities Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve loan disbursement and revenue targets for the assigned area. Team leadership and management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales managers and officers, setting individual targets and monitoring productivity. Business development: Generate leads through direct sales, channel partners (like DSAs), and marketing campaigns. Expand the business by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the network. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues. Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely loan sanctioning and disbursement processes. Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Compliance and risk management: Ensure all sales activities and loan disbursements adhere to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines. Key skills and qualifications Experience in sales management, preferably in the loan or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of various business loan products and services. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in managing CRM systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
