Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales ManagementDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue. Set and achieve sales targets for the team. Identify and pursue new customer segments. Monitor sales performance using CRM tools and analytics. Manage and train a sales team (if applicable). Handle key customer accounts and maintain relationships. 2. Marketing ManagementPlan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, offline, or both). Work on brand positioning and messaging strategies. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and trends. Manage social media, email marketing, and other outreach channels. Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and content creators. Optimize marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc. 3. Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service improvements. Build loyalty programs, referral incentives, or other retention strategies. 4. Collaboration and ReportingWork closely with product, operations, and finance teams. Report KPIs and ROI of sales/marketing efforts to senior management. Suggest and implement improvements based on data insights. 🎯 Key Skills Required:Strong understanding of consumer behavior Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) Sales techniques and negotiation skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot) Analytical and data-driven mindset 📊 KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):Sales volume and growth Customer acquisition cost (CAC) Conversion rates (from leads to sales) Customer lifetime value (CLV) Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) Website traffic and engagement metrics
