Area Operations Manager

As an Area Manager - Operations in India's leading premium brand company in cakes, pastries, and other bakery products (QSR / Retail food), your role will be crucial in ensuring the long-term growth and profitability of your designated area. You will collaborate with the team and various internal and external stakeholders to achieve this objective. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategizing, launching, and scaling up business operations in new markets - Defining the medium & long-term roadmap for growth & profitability targets within your cluster - Managing the P&L in coordination with the operations & marketing teams - Building the brand through the creation and execution of local marketing strategies - Evaluating and implementing new product features and innovative offerings - Implementing cost & time management strategies to maximize profits - Managing a team of dynamic individuals - Demonstrating strategic thinking, strong business judgment, and negotiation skills - Utilizing interpersonal and communication skills effectively - Being commercially aware and understanding the local market - Experience in opening new stores, specifically in the QSR sector Pan India - Collaborating with internal & external stakeholders through project management and communication - Making data-driven decisions with strong analytical thinking and a solutions-driven mindset - Willingness to relocate to any region within the city Qualifications Required: - Any graduate - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an Area Manager Package: - 10 LPA to 12 LPA For any further details, kindly contact HR-Chitra Aher at Chitraaher35@gmail.com.,
