Candidates should have prior experience of more than 9 years in F&B Industry (QSR, Cafe, Bakery, Fine Dining)
Expertise in setting up the brand operations for central kitchen/retail stores and franchisee stores
Setting SOPs as per brand standards
Skilled in Operations, Training, Auditing, Recruitment/Manpower Development and Resource Management
Planning marketing strategies with marketing departmentExperienced in building supply-chain and vendor negotiations for the brandFull knowledge on food equipments and machinery
Knowledge on frozen bakery
Expertise in setting offline/online delivery operations and logistics
Planning new menu with Chefs and new product innovation
