Roles and Responsibilities

Manage retail channel sales performance, including primary & secondary sales, tertiary sales, and distribution management.
Oversee dealer management activities to drive business growth through effective relationship building with dealers.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing customers while identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Drive sales growth through effective channel sales tactics and strategies.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.

Manage and optimize channel incentive programs, including promotions and rebates, to drive partner engagement and sales.
