Onboarding Carpenters & Contractors for GVLC - Identification of new carpenters and contractors for GVLC - Enrolment of new carpenters and contractors for GVLC 2. Get active Carpenter / Contractor for GVLC - Activation of dormant members - Sales promotion plan & execution for the community 3. Tertiary Sales generation through GVLC program - Monitoring Product & Segment wise tertiary sales through GVLC program - Monitoring and improving wallet share of Platinum Club Members - Plan to achieve 50% by FY-25 - Generating sales from NPD / NPI 4. Influencer management: Carpenter and Contractor - Training to Carpenters and Contractors for better reach to market and expanding channels. - Ensuring Process hygiene and benchmarking 5. Meets and product knowledge upgrade. - Managing engagement activities (Personal Meet / CCRP meet / Carpenters meet)REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONEssential:Degree in Engineering / Graduate in any disciplinePreferred:Degree in Engineering/Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Qualification in ManagementREQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCEEssential:2 years of work experience for Degree in Engineering OR 3 years of work experience for Graduate in any disciplinePreferred:Relevant work experience in Retail Sales in hardware industrySPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREDEssential:1. Role & responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to meet company goals and revenue targets. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the network. Establish sales targets for channel partners and ensure they are aligned with company objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners. Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to channel partners to ensure their success. Resolve any issues related to partner performance or relationships on time. Drive sales growth through effective channel sales tactics and strategies. Work with channel partners to jointly develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue. Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, including sales volume, market penetration, and profitability.
