Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans and cross-selling. Your main focus will be on retaining and expanding the company's customer base for home loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) channel. Additionally, you will work towards maximizing sales through various channels and building strong relationships with connectors and builders. Your role will also involve identifying and developing new relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling - Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP channel - Maximize sales through DSA/Direct Sales/CA/Builders - Increase penetration in approved APF projects - Develop a robust business plan to improve disbursal patterns - Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets Sales Planning and Team Management: - Optimize team productivity by leading the sales managers effectively - Align with the team on ground lead generation activities - Supervise the sales team for implementing the growth agenda through training and motivation Industry & Governance: - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies - Provide feedback to the central team based on market understanding - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the field - Graduate degree required - Masters/Postgraduate degree preferred Role Overview: You will be responsible for aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans and cross-selling.
