Job Title: Area Manager – ISP Operations (Multiple Depots)(Mumbai Suburban)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Area Manager to handle operations across three depots for our ISP division. The role includes overseeing staff, managing sales and collections, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining structured reporting to the senior team. The candidate must be experienced in handling ISP operations and capable of travelling between depots.

Key Responsibilities

Manage operations across three assigned depots, working minimum 3 days per depot on rotational basis.

Supervise depot teams to ensure smooth functioning of ISP activations, renewals & customer support workflows.

Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues within defined timelines.

Monitor and improve collections performance, coordinating with area collection and field teams.

Drive sales performance for broadband connections and value-added services in allocated areas.

Maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards & operational trackers using Excel / Google Sheets.

Submit daily and weekly reports with all depot updates to senior management.

Coordinate with technical teams to resolve network and deployment concerns.

Manage overall stock movement: inward and outward register scrutiny, stock monitoring, verification & reporting for all depots.

Track consumption of ONT, routers, STB, cable, and accessories and identify shortages or discrepancies proactively.

Provide feedback, mentoring, and performance evaluation of depot staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the ISP / Telecom / Cable broadband industry is mandatory

Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookup, basic data formulas) and operational MIS reporting.

Excellent communication & client-handling skills.

Strong understanding of collections & sales processes.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.

Team leadership & coordination skills with field forces and depot employees.

Two-wheeler mandatory for area operations travel.
