Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wireman Electrician to join our team for field installation and maintenance of internet cabling systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in concealed cabling, overhead cabling, and general electrical practices related to broadband infrastructure. You will play a vital role in delivering seamless internet services by handling cabling work at residential and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:Install and maintain concealed (indoor wall) and overhead (outdoor) cabling for internet connections. Perform wiring, routing, termination, and testing of network cables (CAT6, fiber optics). Handle drilling, duct installation, casing, and proper finishing of concealed cabling. Climb poles, buildings, and use ladders or scaffolding for overhead line work. Ensure proper earthing and safety standards while installing cabling systems. Assist the technical team in ONU, router, and set-top box installations. Troubleshoot and repair damaged or faulty cabling. Coordinate with the field engineers and support team to ensure timely job completion. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at customer sites. Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE. Requirements:Proven experience as a wireman electrician or in a similar field role (ISP/Telecom preferred). Strong knowledge of concealed wiring techniques and overhead line work. Familiarity with fiber optic cables, CAT6 cables, crimping, splicing, and routing. Ability to read wiring diagrams and execute installations accordingly. Physically fit to carry tools, climb heights, and work in tight spaces. Basic knowledge of electrical safety and building wiring codes. Should have a valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred). Education & Experience:ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in wiring/electrical/ISP installation roles.
