We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our on-field sales operations and drive community engagement. Job Responsibilities: Ground Sales Leadership: Plan, execute, and monitor field-level sales campaigns for internet and cable TV services. Identify and develop high-potential areas for sales penetration. Society/Building Meetings: Organize and lead meetings with housing societies and resident welfare associations (RWAs) to promote our services. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in residential buildings. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and promoters. Set targets, monitor performance, and provide continuous guidance to the team. Handle daily reporting and ensure team discipline and productivity. Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate local promotional campaigns, events, and activities to increase brand visibility. Gather and act on ground-level feedback from customers and sales staff. Reporting & Strategy: Generate regular sales reports and suggest improvements. Collaborate with senior management to align on business targets and expansion strategies. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in ground sales and team handling, preferably in telecom, broadband, or digital services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong local area knowledge and relationship-building capabilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region. Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer usage (Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in handling residential society meetings or community sales preferred. Familiarity with broadband or cable TV service marketing is an advantage.
