Role & responsibilities

Business & Revenue Management

• Drive LAP disbursement, login, and sanction targets for the assigned area
  
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth in SME/LAP portfolio
  
• Monitor productivity of branches and sales teams
  
• Ensure cross-sell of related products (Home Loan, SME loans, Insurance, CASA where applicable)
  

Team Management

• Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Relationship Managers
  
• Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
  
• Support hiring, training, and retention of high-performing teams
  

Channel & Market Development

• Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and property consultants
  
• Identify new sourcing channels and expand market presence
  
• Conduct joint calls and market visits to strengthen sourcing
  

Credit & Risk Management

• Ensure high-quality sourcing with adherence to credit policy
  
• Review cases for documentation, legal, technical, and valuation checks
  
• Maintain portfolio health by controlling delinquency, NPAs, and early bucket movement
  

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and audit requirements
  
• Monitor TAT, login-to-disbursement cycle, and customer experience
  
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams
  

Portfolio Monitoring

• Track collection efficiency and support recovery for delinquent accounts
  
• Review MIS, pipeline, disbursements, and portfolio performance regularly
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification:

  Graduate

• Experience:

• 610 years of experience in secured lending
  
• Minimum 3–5 years in LAP/Home Loan/SME Loans
  
• Prior experience in managing multiple branches or an area is mandatory
  

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of LAP underwriting and property-related loans
  
• Team leadership and stakeholder management
  
• Market knowledge and relationship-building skills
  
• Analytical and MIS management capability
