Develop, onboard, and manage DSAs to achieve business and disbursement targets. Drive sourcing of quality Unsecured Business Loan cases and ensure timely login and approvals. Monitor DSA performance, conversion ratios, and ensure compliance with credit and policy norms. Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth end-to-end processing.
Graduate with relevant experience in Unsecured Business Loans through the DSA channel. Strong understanding of local markets, DSA management, and business sourcing. Proven track record in achieving sales targets in BFSI/NBFC environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
