We’re Hiring: Area Manager – Shriram Automall

Shriram Automall India Ltd. (SAMIL)

🌟 What You’ll Do

Generate business from OEM dealerships, plants, and captive finance companies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with OEMs and dealer principals.
Mentor and evaluate team performance across 2W/3W, Auto, and Retail segments.
Source saleable inventory and ensure smooth disposal with demand teams.
Promote
SAMIL’s Core & Allied Services
(bidding, valuation, logistics, insurance/finance, white‑label solutions).
Personally drive bulk deals and ensure timely MIS reporting.

🎯 What You’ll Bring

8+ years of experience in the
pre‑owned auto sector
.
Strong OEM/Retail network in the territory.
Proven skills in funnel management, sales, and customer relationship management.
Leadership qualities: active listening, delegation, conflict management, and analytical thinking.
Relentless drive for new business with strong presentation and closing skills.
