Area Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all sites within the assigned area.
• Ensure proper deployment and availability of manpower at all locations.
• Conduct regular site visits and submit inspection reports with in-time and out-time.
• Monitor discipline, attendance, grooming, and performance of staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and address their concerns promptly.
• Arrange training, on-job coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
• Verify registers, duty rosters, logbooks, and site records.
• Support HR activities including joining, replacements, leave management, and exits.
• Ensure timely reporting of incidents, accidents, or client escalations.
• Monitor uniform standards and availability of equipment.
• Assist in audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Control operational costs and avoid manpower shortages.
• Maintain regular communication with Ops Head and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Promote discipline, safety, and service quality across all sites.
