We are a young, rapidly growing brand dedicated to serving healthy and fresh food & beverages. Our vision is to make nutritious food accessible without compromising on taste. We offer a range of all-natural, preservative-free, and fully transparent products, including smoothies, shakes, refreshers, and millet sandwiches.


Currently, our good-food ATMs are present in 30+ locations across Delhi NCR, including Amity University, Select City Walk, Worldmark Aerocity, Ambience Mall, Max Group, and Fortis Group. We also collaborate with leading food court aggregators such as SmartQ, Foodforum, and Gokhanna. Having served over 10 lakh orders, we are on track to expand to 100 kiosks this financial year.


The Area Manager will oversee multiple outlets within a designated area, ensuring smooth operations, increased sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining outlet standards, controlling costs, and managing staff effectively. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational and people management skills, taking full ownership of each outlet’s performance.


Key Responsibilities:

a. Customer Management:

  • Enhance online ratings and respond to customer feedback.
  • Implement strategies to gather customer data and insights at each outlet.
  • Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.

b. Sales Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth per outlet, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analyse sales data and develop action plans for underperforming outlets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost outlet visibility and footfall.

c. Outlet Operations & Audits:

  • Conduct regular audits on cleanliness, storage, and pilferage control.
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of outlets.
  • Oversee product availability, stock management, and daily operational activities.

d. Profit & Loss Management:

  • Control staff costs, raw material costs, and repair/maintenance expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

e. Staff Management:

  • Reduce staff attrition through effective hiring and retention strategies.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training.
  • Motivate and manage teams to ensure high morale and productivity.

f. Repair & Maintenance:

  • Take ownership of each outlet’s repair and maintenance needs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure all equipment is functional, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Promptly address maintenance issues while keeping expenses under control.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce long-term repair costs.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Customer satisfaction scores (online ratings, feedback).
  • Sales growth and revenue targets per outlet.
  • Outlet audit scores (cleanliness, operations, stock control).
  • Profit margins and cost control (staff, RM, repair).
  • Staff retention and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple outlets, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in P&L management, staff management, and operational audits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
